Super Mario Bros. U is a vibrant and nostalgic return to classic 2D Mario platforming, originally released for the Wii U in 2012 and later re-released as New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe for the Nintendo Switch. It combines traditional gameplay elements with new features, enhanced visuals, and expanded multiplayer options, offering both long-time fans and new players an unforgettable journey through the Mushroom Kingdom. In the story, Bowser invades Princess Peach’s castle with the help of his loyal minions and a powerful mechanical arm. He forcefully ejects Mario, Luigi, and their companions far from the castle, scattering them across a distant region of the kingdom. The group must then traverse a massive, interconnected world filled with themed regions, each packed with traps, enemies, and obstacles.
