@therealbillyz_: Chicago Squares Week 10: @Chicago Bears 🐻 vs @New England Patriots 🇺🇸 The Bears host the Patriots today at Soldier Field and this week's pizza is inspired by a big bowl of New England clam chowder. It starts out with a white clam sauce base and it gets topped with chopped clams, par cooked yukon gold potatoes, crispy @slagelfarms bacon, and shredded mozzarella. After a quick bake in my Gozney Arc XL, it gets finished fresh chives and a nice squeeze of lemon juice. This is the most comforting pizza that I have ever made during this series. You get all the classic flavors and textures that you would find in a chowder but in pizza form. A little dash of hot sauce just made this pizza truly perfect. You HAVE to try this one. @pizzamattachicago 's version is available now for preorder for pickup and delivery all day long!
