@celinandcenzo: Can’t believe he was singing another man’s music in his own house😩 RECIPE👇 (if your in the same boat as us😌) Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks -2 blocks mozzarella cheese, cut in half horizontally -1 cup flour -1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs -1/2 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs -Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder -Cayenne pepper to taste -2 eggs, splash of milk Buffalo sauce -1/4 cup butter, melted -1/4 cup hot sauce -Honey to taste 1. Combine flour and 1 tsp of seasonings listed in a dish 2. Combine breadcrumbs and 1 tsp of seasonings listed in a dish 3. Combine eggs and milk in a dish 4. Start by dredging cheese in flour, then coat in egg mix, and finish by coating it well in the breadcrumbs 5. Put into freezer for at least 45 minutes, longer if possible 6. Make sauce before frying by combining butter, hot sauce, and honey 7. Fry cheese for 1-2 minutes in pot of oil around 350-375 degrees 8.
