@chacekitchen: Steak Salad Sundays Part 42: Loaded steak salad with homemade buffalo ranch For the salad: Romaine Cucumber Cherry tomato Shredded carrots Corn Pepperoncini Crispy jalapenos Dill Crumbled feta Sliced steak Buffalo ranch Extra buffalo sauce Buffalo Ranch: ¼ cup mayo ¼ cup greek yogurt 1 tbsp buttermilk Small bunch of dill Small bunch of green onion Small bunch of cilantro Small bunch of parsley ½ jalapeno, diced 2 cloves garlic Juice of ½ lime Salt and pepper, to taste Buffalo sauce, to taste (I used like 3 tbsp) Additional buttermilk (if needed) Method: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until mixed. You can also use an immersion blender.
