I was experiencing exactly the same thing, but I noticed that change from 3 months ago when I started praying my 5 daily prayers and reading the quran. Alhamdulillah now I am much better

This happens to me when I was 25. I was extroverted and sang w no fear.. then this happened. It brought me to my spiritual journey but still felt like someone put a spirit of fear on me.
