CHIA PUDDING RECIPE🍓🍌♥️ (recipe below) This is my favorite breakfast because it tastes amazing! Not to mention it’s so quick to make and with all the toppings it is actually quite filling. Ingredients: - 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 🖤 - 1/2 cup of milk of choice (I used almond) 🥛 - 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup 🍯 - 1/3 cup of granola 🤎 - 1/2 a banana 🍌 - 4 strawberries 🍓 - 2 teaspoons almond butter - 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds🎃 (PS this is for 1 serving! But I would recommend 4 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 cup of milk so that you have some ready for a second breakfast in the fridge for another day😊) Instructions: 1. First, add your milk to a container and add the chia seeds. Mix well and seal. Refrigerate overnight. 2. In the morning, add honey to your chia seeds, mix well! 3. Now sprinkle the granola, add the fruits, drizzle the almond butter and pumpkin seeds and enjoy!!😍 TASTES SO GOOD… (The one thing to keep in mind is to not eat too many chia seeds because they contain so much fiber! Blend your raspberries, greek yogurt and maple syrup in a food processor or a blender. 2. Next pour the mix into a muffin tray or even an ice cube tray! 3. Freeze for about 4 hours or overnight. 4. This recipe goes perfect with milk or coffee to end your week off cozy☕️🤍 I believe that if you are craving something sweet, it’s always best to make it from scratch! It only takes you about 10-15 minutes. Also, that way there are no emulsifiers or ingredients that you can’t even read, from most store bought snacks.🙄Many of the snacks that say “sugar free!”, will usually have ingredients that are much worse than refined sugar. Plus... baking makes your house smell so yummy, so go make some muffins!❤️ Ingredients: - 3 mashed bananas (the riper the better😏) - 1 ½ cups of flour - 1 teaspoon baking soda - ½ teaspoon of salt - 1 egg - ¾ sugar (white or brown) - ½ cup vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - ¾ cup of milk chocolate chips (12 servings) Instructions: 1. First, preheat your oven to 190°C. 2. Second, peel your bananas and mash them. Set this bowl aside for your wet ingredients. 3. Next, for the dry ingredients, combine your flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate. 4. To your mashed bananas, add the egg, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. 5.
