You got to do your part too. I eat like 60-80 grams of protein each meal like every 4 hours. Very low fat and almost zero sugar

I’m going on week 4, no weight loss so far. However, I have been doing lifting at the gym. So I imagine there’s muscle gains behind the scenes counteracting the weight loss. We’ll see!
