@erinrackham: Replying to @Samantha Day 65 Update-Nicotine patches for Long COVID. ❤️🩹 No Nicotine for 5 weeks now—taste/smell are still improved, fatigue is way less than pre-nicotine levels, and my dysautonomia & brain fog are still significantly improved!! 🙌🏻 #longCOVID #longCOVIDrecovery #nicotinepatch #nicotine
That’s awesome that you’re feeling better! I did a round after seeing your videos, and I was genuinely shocked at how much I improved.

Can you cut the patch in half? I’m so sensitive to everything

I did this for my long COVID symptoms and it worked wonders. I'm about 6 days into no patches after the 2nd set and I feel almost 100%

I’ve been doing 1/4 of the 7mg patches and seeing results. Even 1/2 of the patch was too overwhelming.

Amazing results! Do you have PEM? Did it increase your threshold for PEM?

Good to know about ADHD meds with the Nic patch. I went ahead w/o Dr’s ok and did the patch while taking Vyvanse. I’m ok. I do have about an hour where I’m a little bit hyper, then I’m ok.

I started with taking breaks and now I just patch continuously. Really helps me more this way personally. I’m in a great fb group for it too!

I need to try again. I only lasted 3 days because of the adhesive pulling on my skin caused blisters.

I'm doing the 7 day taper up rn! I've had a lot less trouble breathing and no bad side effects. I've had long covid since April 2020.

Wait has he said anything about the 7mg long term for ADHD? My vyvanse helps, but like you said, there are costs. I'll have to look for studies now
