My mom stayed 5 months in 2002, she never went back and her visa expired. I’m 2016 she went to the US embassy and the consular officer refused her visa application.

my US b1/b2 visa is good for 10 years. I've been to TX for 2.5 weeks, and then after 4 years, I went 2nd visit to NY, and they questioned me. I left NY after 1 week. why do they question?
