How does cracking the neck like that help with Sciatica? It's a nerve being compressed in the lower back. Lower back adjustments, deep tissue massage and stretches would make more sense...

The amount of emotional release that happens with this stuff gets me every time. As someone who has chronic lower back and sciatica pain also, I can only imagine the relief she feels

Just went through it. It was hell, had a prolozone injections and lots of sauna time. Finally back to normal after not being able to sit, lay down, walk, or sleep.

i had sciatica and could not move a single muscle. called paramedics and they told me to take pain killers. i went to my chiro as soon as i was able to get up and after a couple of sessions, i'm back

After I had my baby I had really bad sciatica pain. I couldn’t walk to take care of my baby. That was a pain I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy, it hurt so bad. Thankfully I haven’t had anymore spells
