I always feel bad when I have to ask them to repeat themselves and now I feel worse knowing it causes them embarrassment:( I never thought of it this way

I get it, I’m American who grew up in Japan. To me that was a hard language to pick up.Moved to MIA & picked up Spanish quickly

One time I thought they were mad my mom was taking loud on their phone, and they were talking about it. But when I apologized they had no idea what I was talking about 😂

I actually do step in to help with the language barrier although they aren't "bad" but there are words sometimes they get stuck on but I spend more time explaining to English people than to the salon

Yes they do sometimes talk about us in there language 😂😂 but , most time not. English is hard. My tech we laugh & have so much fun. Love u techs. 🥰

Not being able to find techs that speak English and/or are licensed are the main reasons why I never took the risk of opening a nail salon! I believe excellent service starts with understanding client
