Cut the potatoes into chunks, wash them, and parboil in salted water for 8 minutes. After draining, let them dry for 10 minutes. Combine sea salt, Gochugaru, oregano, and garlic confit oil. Pour this mixture over the potatoes, then bake for 1 to 1.5 hours. Remember to flip the potatoes every 20-30 minutes during baking. -Sauce Roast peeled garlic cloves in olive oil at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour until soft.
