For the topping: 4 oz white baking chocolate, ¼ tsp around cinnamon. #directions 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Once melted, continually stir until the butter just begins to brown. 2. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract. Add in the salt and stir to combine. 3. Add marshmallows and stir until mostly melted. If needed, you can briefly return the pot to the burner (turned off) to aid melting. 4. Add the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and lightly stir until fully combined. If your spatula sticks, spray it with nonstick cooking spray. 5. Pour the mixture into prepared pan. Gentlv press the mixture into the pan, being careful not to crush it. 6. In a heatproof bowl. Microwave chocolate for 30 seconds, Stir in the ground cinnamon. 7. Using a spoon, drizzle the cinnamon white chocolate over the treats. Allow the chocolate to harden before cutting & serving.
