Nobody likes working, the difference is one gives you a disproportionate amount of money for effort. A 9-5 you go home barely able to pay your rent

I don't get why this is even a debate. There are plenty similar jobs we already have the answer to. E.g. Famous actors make a lot, but there are thousands just getting by & thousands more who quit.

Kai's made 14million since 2018. people work their ENTIRE life for a fraction of this putting in 40hr weeks for 50+ yrs... it not comparable.

streaming is way easier. no doubt it has a psychological toll but nothing compared to actual work. some emergency services work 9-5, some 911/000 operators work 9-5, some military/tactical work 9-5

I think like most questions like this, the answer is "it depends". But I do think that on average streaming is probably easier.

I think streaming is more like football as a profession (long-term attempt to get big, most don't). Otherwise very high-profile streamers are more like CEOs than McDonald's employees.
