Also you have to keep constantly testing for bacteria - it’s not one test and done - it’s constant. So you can’t actually ever remove the risk

In 2024 we have had listeria outbreaks from onions, lunch meat, and frozen waffles. I’m done hearing about the horrors of raw milk.
