@hunter_mcvey: Attempting to get some cakes this winter… Exercises ⬇️ 3 working sets each Hack squat 8-12 Reps Hip thrust 8-12 Reps Hamstring curl 12-15 Reps Leg extension 12-15 Reps Adductor/Abductor 15+ Reps Glute focused Roman chair 15+ Reps I focus on trying to fail in those particular rep ranges. If I can keep going at 15, I’ll up the weight. With that being said, I’ve made progress with multiple rep ranges throughout my time training. Just make sure you’re training with intensity, to failure and trying to improve each session.
