I was diagnosed with hypermobility syndrome & apparently we can’t process toxins like everyone else. Sooo no drinking, no processed foods, literally no toxins for me or I feel like I’m dying 🙃

I’m left handed have hands excaclty the same I think even worse I’m 20 years of age never been diagnosed with anything due to my mother never even taking me to appointments or drs. Broke my leg on time needed a year off school and needed 2 yrs of physio and went once and she told me to repeat those exercises and I’ll be good lol !! Love life sometimes

I never had any hand paine except for some small wrist pain that lasts for a day or two but im more concerned about my knee hypermobility because sometimes i can barely stand up
