FYI! Tongue scraping should be the first thing you do, then mouth wash, followed by flossing/water flossing and lastly tooth paste… no rinse is correct!

I floss, then use a waterpik with water and mouthwash mixture, and then brush w fluoridated toothpaste. My teeth started getting whiter almost immediately after I introduced the waterpik to my routine
