@brettertogether: Is God against interracial marriage? Of all the mixed race relationship myths we’ve heard, this is probably the most debated. And we’ve heard this myth a lot! Many people have slid into our comments about our “mixed race” relationship with messages like: “The Most High made the whyt man for the whyt woman. This union is unequally yoked and a sin.” “If you read the bible and believe in it, like i do, i do what it says. So no, i don’t believe we should date, marry outside of our nationality.” “...God said not to marry outside your race you supposed to marry your own kind regardless of what you think you know or you trying to get people to believe. It’s not a 60’s thing, it’s a biblical thing.” “It’s not Biblical to marry outside of your Race/Bloodline.” We’ve even encountered this myth in the last few days and it has been divisive and painful for the people involved. 🥹 We’re praying that we can finally do away with harmful paradigms like this and come to understand that God loves ALL of His children equally and that He is no respecter of persons. #lovenothate #unity #racism #mixedcouple #interracialcouple #christianpodcast #brettertogether #minathomasbrett #brydonbrett #tommymoorepresents #christianity
There is no where in the Bible that says different races can’t be married to one another. Go where you are loved and appreciated not matter what your race is. Love is love🥰

Even entertribal marriage happened— marrying between tribes helped keep the peace.

I agree! I just think most interracial marriages and partnerships are not healed from American racism too really love each other without it being a fetishize for white and internalized racism for blac
