beautiful. How many layers of crepes did you do? I've seen crepe cake done before with a thin layer of chocolate in between. I think it was like 20 layers. this looks a lot less

If you added the cream in concentric rings every piece would have the pattern on its profile, but it may be much harder to push the layers down between the peaks of cream

Tried doing it, but ganache and cream were too liquidy, so I wasn't able to create a great shape. My best guess is that the reason for this is problems with translation.
