This looks super interesting but hopefully you'll have time to go to a more traditional restaurant maybe like Isolina. on the world's top list I think in Lima we also have Maido and Central.

go to Maido if you like Japanese food is a Peruvian-japanese fusion (nikei) and Central of course both r top 50, actually Central is the top 1 in the world 🫶🏻🇵🇪
