I also use a soft Bluetooth head band. Have been using one for years.

I got a bluetooth headband that has speakers inside. Very softly play music (not loud or that can damage your ears too). It can be enough to distract me so I can sleep.

I get soft silicone earplugs. They don’t go into your ear canal as much as forms to ur ear and makes a tight seal. Never had an issue like I did with normal earplugs
