@becky_bfit: Perfect poached eggs every time 🥚 1. Boil some water in a pan and add some vinegar 2. Once it’s boiling, reduce right down so the water is pretty still/lightly bubbling 3. With the eggs, make sure they’re good quality (I always get these ones or Burford browns) and make sure they’re really fresh. Old eggs just don’t make good poached eggs 4. Crack the egg and add straight into the water. I don’t swirl the water or anything, there’s no need! 5. Boil for 4 mins. If you’re unsure if they’re cooked enough, simply take out and if they’re super wobbly still, pop them back in for like 30 seconds. 6. Then your eggs are cooked!
