I used a glass casserole dish and there’s was still a lot of sauce water after 30 minutes and some meatballs were still cold. Probably just takes longer depending on the dish you use?

this left a lot of hard noodles made the exact way in the video. It helped me to use 2 jars of sauce, 1st jar used the way in the video, the 2nd spread on top after the 30min cook then the cheese.
