@abcnews: In a new victory for rap mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, a judge has ordered prosecutors to destroy their copy of 19 pages of the rap mogul's handwritten notes obtained in a recent jailhouse search. Combs' lawyers had argued that his notes were protected by attorney-client privilege, however, prosecutors had alleged that the notes suggest Combs had been paying off a potential witness, a former bandmate, Kalenna Harper. Combs — who appeared Tuesday in a Manhattan courtroom — could be seen smiling and hugging his attorneys. He was permitted to attend the hearing without shackles on his ankles, a first since his arrest. #news #diddy
