I tried celery in foil but it’s not great. I wash & trim celery and put the stalks in a lidded pitcher of water. Just change the water every couple of days , it lasts for weeks

Take the rubber band off cilantro, lay it out on a clean lint free dish towel, roll it up, put in a plastic produce bag loosely & put on the fridge shelf, it will last a long time. Drier the better.
