You could get unflavored and add a bit to everything you eat. Start off real small because it does have a bit of a taste so you have to find the threshold of what is too much

I go to the Asian supermarkets and buy the big tub of lychee jelly mini tubs and eat 3 a day. Bone broth in the morning. I also eat a collagen gogurt kinda thing. Covering all the bases just in case

I enjoy making the jello with 1 cup boiling water & blend then 1 cup Greek yogurt (instead of 1 cup cold water) & blend. Let set it’s like a protein jello mousse.

You just unlocked a memory. My grandmother would drink daily a teacup of hot “jello tea”. She said it was for strong nails. Just a teaspoon in hot water. She had beautiful nails ❤️
