Isn’t an ICBM just a delivery system. Intercontinental Balistic Missle. The payload of the missle is what matters. That video looks like a strobe light. How does that = ICBM. The Apollo rocket was for all intents and purposes an ICBM. This sounds like Orwellian journalism again…
