If you’re doing strength training it’s best to wear a flat shoe like converse or vans!!

Nike has a narrower toe profile and not suggested for lifters with a wider foot. Reebok nano or adidas Dropset are better for wider feet.

Is there much of a difference between the Nike metcon 5 and 6s? I do a lot of strength training and my on clouds hurt my feet at the end of my workout.
