My Dad used to wake up my brothers and I for what I refer to as “midnight interrogations”. I remember it at a very young age. We were all under the age of 10. I was the youngest.

He never really slept. awake,but snoring...basically seemed to rarely achieve REM or deep sleep. Oddly read his Bible every night before sleep.

My ex would play music loud and drink with his fairweather friends then bawl me out for wanting to sleep because I had work next day .Horrible 🙃

My Mum used to throw a stuffed toy into my babies cot to wake them and me up. Sleep deprivation for a couple of years because of her and not my kids.
