If you don’t feel safe with the rotation keep it unplugged when you can’t watch your cat to make sure it is safe. And turn it on a couple times day to have it get rid of the dirty litter

If you care about your cat don’t buy off brand automatic litter boxes. Your cat could get stuck. Whiskers Litter Robot is safer and more reliable
