@albert_cancook: Protein Dubai Chocolate Bar @C4 Energy Ingredients: 3 tbsp unsalted butter 1 1/2 cup kataifi shredded phyllo dough 1/2 cup pistachio cream 2 tbsp milk 3 scoops @c4energy Hershey's Milk Chocolate protein powder 1/2 loaf sliced white bread 1 milk chocolate bar 1/2 cup peeled pistachios Instructions: 1. Add the butter to a pan over medium heat and stir until melted. 2. Chop up the kataifi dough and add it to the pan. Stir until golden and crispy. 3. Transfer the crispy shreds into a large mixing bowl and mix in the pistachio cream. 4. In a separate bowl, mix the milk with 1 scoop of protein powder until fully combined and add to a mixing bowl. Mix until fully mixed. 5. Trim the crusts of the bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin. 6. Spread the pistachio mixture over the flatten bread slices and roll them up. 7. Melt milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Once melted, add the remaining 2 scoops of protein powder and stir well. 8. Roughly chop the pistachios and add to the melted chocolate. Stir until well incorporated. 9. Dip the bread rolls into the melted chocolate and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. 10.
