Take a prenatal vitamin! It helped sooo much with the hair loss. Also, use witch hazel on your face. Helps with the acne.

The hair loss is the worst for me, everyday in the shower i see so much hai fall out it's heartbreaking. Acne is bad too but I feel great and have tried other biologicals before. This one has been the best for me.

I have been on Rinvoq for about 10 years. my hair thin out. I had to buy this vitamin from Primval hair vitamin. Help my hair to to grow. Just my hair is not thick like it use to be... I change my diet. I avoid eating fry food. Your cholesterol levels will be high. I do regiment for my face just eat clean. Thats all I can say
