I tuck a wipe in the front of the diaper first to hopefully make her pee (thanks @Rachel Campbell) and then I have a puppy pad down on the changing table and go bare bottom!

We lay a disposable pad over the changing pad (like a wee wee pad) so go bare and then put on new diaper and throw away the pad if it’s dirty

Infant room teacher- bare if on changing mat always- they move around too much for it to really catch well and no matter what I’m still wiping the pad down due to state regulations.
