@louischandlerfit: The half way point 🔥 and I couldn’t be more proud of @sarasampaio for staying consistent and always showing up The goal was to drop body fat and tone up by gaining some lean muscle in key areas, we follow a 4 day split training routine ( 1 Pilates ) and stick to a daily nutrition guide that has a calorie limit and macro split to ensure she’s getting enough protein and not over consuming.
