I majored in Atlantic Canadian history and it honestly was the most infuriating and heart breaking thing to learn. They didn't teach this is schools. They really should. It was so recent. I'm so sorry

The government took my children too. I was never enough even tho I never did drugs and gave away my home and animals for a fresh start and had 2 jobs and went to church I never stood a chance. They’re adopting my kids away next month. I’m a widowed mom of 3 babies and I had go months without seeing my kids for them to assimilated into this new family when the plan was still reunification. History is still happening.
