You apply for 1. Either Loan or Bursary. If you had already applied for the bursary, you must cancel and start the loan afresh

My brother applied, it said the application is submitted successfully but he only submitted the offer letter from the institution and consent letter.

I have N6 which NSFAS funded back in 2019 and 2020, fell pregnant didn't return for semester 1 in 2021 and gave birth, NSFAS didn't fund again. Can I apply for funding again for nursing higher cert?
