you can buy the equipment off Amazon to lean the tree in the right direction for under 400.00.. I've dropped 10 trees already.

the house I bought in 2005 had two giant hackberry trees. one fepl very near the house one windy night a year or so later the other one fell. but God made em fall opposite side.

Pine trees are stronger in groups. We have lived around pines thru Katrina, Ida and others. I find if they are in groups they go as much as oaks and others
