I wish my mum was still alive to see this. She was forced to adopt her son out in 1963 by the Anglican Church when she was 16. She never forgot him & always loved him. She had the same fears as you do

The way that this hit me. I'm turning 28 soon. I was adopted. I have met my birth parents. I have met my siblings. When I did see them, I felt like an imposter. Seeing them have a close relationship.
