Before opening, the crew literally ate their way through Melbourne, Sydney, LA, New York, Houston and London trying over 1000 burgers – all in the name of perfecting the ultimate feed. And it shows! Beyond taste, one thing that really sets this place apart is their passion for high-quality, locally sourced produce. Think of it as almost farm-to-table: their own Serpentine cattle farm supplies the beef for those juicy patties, while local Royal Blue potatoes are hand-cut into golden chips. Add that to everything being cooked fresh to order by trained chefs, and you absolutely can taste the difference in every bite, especially compared to those ‘other’ burger chains. 👌 We were pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu, offering a host other meal options including tender pork ribs, chicken wings, pork belly bites, salads and even a steak sanga - all alongside epic monthly burger specials and great shakes or homemade iced tea to wash it all down. 🍔 Now to the burgers. The October ‘Halloween’ burger is drippingly good with double beef patties, Swiss cheese, bacon, beetroot chutney and salad stacked high on a charcoal bun. Definitely one to try while it lasts. 🍔 Of course, the classics are just as impressive. The 8 Napkins Burger came loaded with 100% grass-fed beef, caramelised onion, pickles, and their signature 8N sauce - juicy, balanced and so well done. 🍔 The Buffalo Bill chicken burger had the perfect kick of spice without being overpowering 🌶. And don’t even get us started on the sides… Jalapeño Poppers (stuffed with bacon cream cheese and served with ranch) were addictive, the Mac & Cheese Bites hit the comfort food sweet spot, and those hand-cut chips? Easily some of the best in Perth. There’s plenty of space to dine inside or outside under the umbrellas, a football table to keep everyone entertained, plus easy parking right out front.
