I don't understand why people make it seem like prep time was something invented to help batman. in MMA, boxing, wrestling, even in real wars and battles, people take time to prepare and make a strategy for their opponent. Batman happens to be the best strategist and therefore he beats most people with prep time. so you are trying to take away batman's best ability while everybody else keeps their best abilities. so you literally have to nerf batman for him to lose.
