I spent years on active duty and retired with the Hershey squirts. Docs said IBS. I cut out sodas for a year and added fiber supplements and pre/probiotics. Fixed it but it did take about a year.

Idk if you have legit IBS but I started taking pre and pro biotics and it changed my life. Forsure the pro biotics changed my gut health entirely.

I got out started having the same issues and then 5 years later my gallbladder went out. Only signs was not being able to eat fatty foods, drink most coffee creamer (cause it’s oil).
