This reminds me of the LBZ/LMM fuel line routing. 3 different configurations and no way to know which it has despite the RPO. Even the electric is a nightmare.

I've been through that a few times with gm vehicles. built without the rpo it says it was. then dealers moving pins, to empty locations for some reason. and cars upgraded to higher trim at the dealer

Fairly sure like 930 at night sure 😆 2019 has different setup then older units like 2015 to 2018s if wrecked or replaced could be different harness idk my .02 like to know the result on this

are you able to communicate with the left module plugged in and the right disconnected? also if I heard you correct you get comes on 5 but not 4 with right connector disconnected?

B, had one of these a few months ago. Left side module shut down the entire can bus system. It wouldn’t turn off, it wouldn’t shift out of gear, windows didn’t work and a pile of other things.

Had one hit there it shut the truck down wouldn’t start. learned a lot about the comms on that module. GM. TAC was confused also.
