@ioannabartel: Black Garlic Powder, this took FOREVER to dry out completely! Several days in the dehydrator at 135 degrees Fahrenheit over the course of four and a half days to ensure all the moisture was completely out before i was able to grind it down to a fine powder. Definitely worth it though! Looking forward to flavoring our food with it! It smells amazing!
