But hey I work in both auto and diesel and they hired a so call lead tech who said yeah my tools are being shipped. Guy ended up buying a new snap on box with no tools and he sold himself as a master.

this is why techs won't stay. I just started a new job as a tech been in tech for 20years and changing places can be issues. I don't know my manufacturer but I am the fastest tech there.
