What if one worm hole is created it can’t be moved? Like an interstellar when they pierce the paper both sides of the wormhole are created at the same time and remain stagnant.

Think of warp drive technology, time has to have a fixed point in time in order for anything to traveling faster than the speed of that time to reverse time dilation.
