@kolbiroper: Elevate your wellness game with a burst of goodness! . 🌱Ingredients: 4 lemons 3 cups of purple cabbage 1 papaya 1 cup of ginger root 1 cup of turmeric root 1 tsp of black pepper . 🌱How to: Wash and dice ingredients / remove peel from the papaya and lemons. Using a juicer or high powered blender combine ingredients. If you’re using a blender you will also need a fine mesh strainer and spatula to help you separate the mixture once you have blended it for about 1- 1.5 minutes on high. The juicer will do this part for you. Pour into your desired storage containers and store in the fridge. I usually take one in the morning and one in the evening but if your feeling under the weather you can have one with lunch as well.
