Step 1 : Use a salicylic acid or glycolic acid based cleanser or face wash. - For Salicylic acid, choose the one with 2% salicylic acid (Start with 1% if you are sensitive or become dry and wash every alternate day if this happens.) - For Glycolic acid, you can use a cleanser or a toner above 5%. Step 2: Use a niacinamide serum at night after washing face. - Start with a 5% serum first if you think you have a sensitive skin. Otherwise, 10% niacin amide with zinc is tolerable for most skin type. - Niacinamide serum can be used in oily, dry, combination or normal skin type safely. - It is also safe during pregnancy.
