So I had the same issue itching mainly on my belly but also legs and arms and I actually ended up having PUPPS which was the worst! I hope you get improvement because it is not fun

Have them check other liver labs too. These can be affected by the cholestasis and jump before biles acids.

I have cholestasis & I don’t have itching on my hands or feet. It’s everywhere else!! My first number was 5 and my second number was 12.

I used ice packs when I was super itchy during my second pregnancy, I was negative for cholestasis

I had cholestasis with my first & was induced early with my 2nd because of history of it. 25 weeks I started itching constantly my levels were high.

They caught mine at 34 wks and I got my BA results back this Wednesday, at 35 wks they were high at 57.4. They’re inducing me Sunday or Monday once I’m past the 36 weeks mark.

I had it on my back of my head, legs came back negative, I told them to retest again I couldnt give up,so they did next morning came back positive a week later I gave birth as I needed to be induced
