In the nursing home I work in Houston the nurse aide make $1 more dollar than cna plus they are only allowed to pass pain and fever medication,the rest of the medication has to be passed by the RN

med thecs replace nurses in non skilled Long term Care. 3 days training. I had to go to school for a year just to cut hair . only nurses should be passing out meds in long-term care or hospitals.
